We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2023, at the age of 81, Arlene Milner of Seguin, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Loree (Hunter) and Otto Herman Kappelmann; her husband Bobby Milner; her son David Milner; her granddaughter Britanee Bohannan; and her siblings, James Kappelmann, Charles Kappelmann and Joann Kappelmann.
She is survived by: her children, Vernon Milner and Joanna Hilton (Rob); her grandchildren, Alyssa Winkleman (Tim), Christopher Milner, Brandi Milner, Steven Milner (Jamie), Mallory Haynes (Danny), Rusty Johnston, Hannah Milner, Rachael Widman, Bobbie Jo Henk, Eric Teague, Brogan Boyce (Christopher), Milan Hilton-Sookchan (Justin) and Jake Hilton; her great grandchildren, Kaylin, Ava, Ryder, Lukas, Samuel, Hailey, Lyndsay and Maddy; and her sisters, Betty Irey and Carol Hudgens. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends.
