He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Garza Sr. and Susan Arce Garza; and his siblings, Felix Garza Sr., Gilber Garza Sr., Robert Garza and Josie Garza.
He is survived by: his siblings, Louis Garza Jr. (Timotea), Erlinda Pastrano (Polo), Ernest Garza Sr. (Rosie), Mary Robles (Manuel) and Patsy Pulido (Victor Rangel). He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
