He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Torres and Maria Torres (Villarreal). He is survived by: his wife Irma Garza Torres; his children, Juan Torres, Cirilido Torres, Jr., Antonio Torres, Teresa Viera Cortez, Petra T. Marroquin, San Juanita Torres and Carolina Torres; and his siblings, Antonia Torres Lerma, Alfredo Torres, Moises Torres and Juan Torres. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
