He was predeceased by: his parents, Olga Jurecka (Martinek) of Ellinger and Ladislav "Lad" Jurecka of Fayetteville; and his brother Kenneth Jurecka. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Jurecka (Svrcek); his children, Kirk Jurecka (Susan), Sandra Newman (Todd) and Chad Jurecka (Shannon); and his brothers, Lee Jurecka (Anne) and Raymond Jurecka.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church of Frydek (10471 Grotto Rd, Sealy, TX 77474). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery (811 Main St, Sealy, TX 77474).
