He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett "Malcom" Derks and Vivian Derks; and his nephew Christopher. He is survived by: his grandchild Disney; his children, Manuel (Renee), Sherrie (Charles), Joshua (Talya), Timothy Jr. (Dawn), Marcus (Sristi), Amanda "Katie" (Brackston) and Leilani; his grandchildren, Mikayla, Anthony, Isaiah, Cruz, Kira, Xander, Timmy III, Everett, Rozy Jo, Anya, Stone, Hadassah and Daniel; and his siblings, Rick, James, Cindy and Kimberly.
