With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phil Clay of Sealy, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on November 27, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Clay and Margaret Clay (Michaelene Clay); and his son Phillip Clay. He is survived by: his spouse Michaelene Katribe; his brother Jim Clay (Elizabeth); his daughters, Lynn Klatt (Greg), Yvonne Kershner (Rick) and Christine Guardiola (Alex); his grandchild Lauren Kamman (Brad); his daughters, Cameron Kershner (Jene) and Taylor Kershner; his great grandchildren, Gage, Gunner, Kannon Blinka, Kylie, Brynn Kamman, Kashton and Krosby Kershner; and his niece Rachel Clay.
