She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Krancher and Viola Krancher; her sister Velma Bishop (Bob); and her daughter Beverly. She is survived by: her spouse Bob Lezak; her children, Debra Haidusek (Rick) and Timothy Lezak; her son-in-law Russell Koym; her grandsons, Clayton Haidusek (Kristin), Caleb Haidusek (Ashley) and Tyler Lezak; her stepgrandsons, Todd Koym (Jen) and Trent Koym; her great grandchildren, Camden Haidusek, Connor Haidusek, Creed Haidusek, Liam Haidusek and Kallie Haidusek; her sister Mabel Howard; and also Lily Koym. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be offered to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Frydek or St. Theresa's.
