He was predeceased by: his parents, John Klanika and Annie Klanika (Betty Klanika); and his friend Jack Murray. He is survived by: his sister Annie Mae; his uncle Bill; his aunt Francis; his friends, Calvin Webb, Ron and Waddle; his wife Betty; his children, Billy and Pauline Simon (Gus); his grandchildren, Steven, Javona and Ashaureah; and his sister Annie Havran. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
