He is survived by: his spouse Rosie Necker (Resendez) of Sealy; his son Bobby Necker (Lynsie); his grandchildren, Lauryn Necker and Luke Necker; his mother Ruth Necker; his sisters, Cheryl Garner (Tim), Mary Sheehan (Tom), Dorcas Schroeder (Doug), Debra Morgan (Ray) and Becky Byers (David); his parent-in-law Manuel; and his siblings-in-law, Bea Goss (Mike), Manuel Resendez (Dianne), Lydia Gaston (George), Louis Resendez (Kareen), Louisa Skaggs, Mary Ann Davis and Lisa Resendez.
