He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle May Maxwell (Brandon) and R. G. LeTerneau; and his wife Annie Hugh Meadows Maxwell. He is survived by: his sons, Art (Gerri) and Mart (Mary Ann); his great grandchild Martin (Tara); his children, Aubrey, Eric, Colton and Braydon (Danika); his grandchildren, Gunnar and Royce; his daughter Megan (Bradley); his grandchildren, Tatum, Rostyn and Amberlee; his child Kip (Lauren); his grandchildren, Barrett, Kinley, Colby and Kelsie; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Meadows, Gary Cole and Jim Martindale.
