He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mlcak and Lillie Machala Mlcak; and his sister Florence Mlcak (Fred). He is survived by: his wife Edith Mlcak; his daughters, Deanna Arnold (Robert), Roxane Spence (Kenneth) and Audrey Rossi (Michael); his grandsons, Preston Arnold (Kristin), Pierce Arnold, Nicholas Rossi (Mia) and Nathan Rossi; his great grandchild Clara Arnold; his stepgrandsons, Michael Spence (Tamra), Steven Spence (Alicia) and Brian Spence (Dawn); his brothers, Clem Mlcak (Bina) and Johnny Mlcak (Elaine); and his sister-in-law Mildred Ondruch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests gifts be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Frydek.
