He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bernard and Edna Shanks Mullins; his wife Ruby Mullins; his brother Bill Mullins; and his son Rick Mullins.
He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Mullins (Norma) of Sealy and David Michael Mullins of North Carolina; his siblings, Peg Underwood (Ed) of Indiana, John Mullins (Michelle) of Ohio and Jack Mullins (Carol) of Ohio; and his daughter-in-law Mary Ann Mullins of Washington.
