He is survived by: his wife Minyon Ramsey of Sealy; his sons, Christian Ramsey of Abilene, Bryce Ramsey (Amber) of Hallettsville, Clint Ramsey of Victoria and Marvin Ramsey of Victoria; his stepdaughter Shelly Downum (Jeff) of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Ann, Preston, John, Kylynn and Chesney; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob, Carissa and Yancey; his brother Herb Ramsey (Valerie) of Victoria; and his brother-in-law Roger Beaird (Gayla) of Merkel.
