We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2024, at the age of 88, Carrie Steinbach of Sealy, Texas, born in Bellville, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Carrie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Garling and Alice Garling (Mettke); her husband Edgar Steinbach; her daughter Coletta Steinbach; her siblings, Alberta Grawunder, Allen and John Garling; and her nieces, Michelle Garling Kingsberry and Debra Garling Sandell.

She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Tipton (Dennis) and John Steinbach (Deborah).
