He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Mlcak and Mary Mlcak; his wife Irene Mlcak of Sealy; his sister Wilhelmina; and his brother-in-law Alois Jez.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Brown (Kenny) of Sealy, Suzanne Whitzel (Jeff) of Sealy, Becky Jones (David) of Belton, Steven Mlcak (Brandee) of Sealy and Chris Mlcak (Carrie) of Bleiblerville; and his grandchildren, Laurie Wehring, John Brown (Kristin), Erin Bowles (Taylor), Emily McLean (Drew), Mark Brown (Jessica), Tim Brown, Kayla Saucedo (Chris), Briley Cotton (Ashton), Ryan Jones (Josie), Jacob Mlcak, Sarah Jones, Leah Mlcak and Mackenzie Mlcak. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
