She was predeceased by: her father Frank C. Luchak; her husband Vance Twardowski; her mother Annie Stanko Luchak Otrodosky; and her siblings, Catherine Musselman, Mary Letalien, Hattie Thurmond, Helen Boucher, Rosie Goode, Sophia Halbert, Pete Luchak and Joe Luchak.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Twardowski (Melissa) and Sharon Twardowski; and her granddaughter Hannah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
