She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wysocki and Alphona Wysocki (Pyka); her daughter Mary Ann Jurek Howard; her siblings, Sophie Gregurek, Martha Belunek, Frances Zboril, Mary Mieth, Bertha Gajewski, Joe Wysocki, Steve Wysocki, Frank Wysocki and Charlie Wysocki; and her daughter-in-law Peggy Jurek (Valentine Jurek).
She is survived by: her sons, Edmund (Joan Jurek) and Bennie Jurek (Henry Jurek); and her grandchildren, Audra Krebs, Nikki Jurek and Michael Jurek. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
