He is survived by: his daughter Judy Millenbine of Seagraves, TX; his grandchildren, Lewis Millenbine of Lubbock, TX and Lori Smith of Lubbock, TX; his great grandchildren, Cade, Cutter Millenbine, Bobby Garza and Travis Smith; and his great great grandchild Everett Garza.
