He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Thomas, Sr. and Claudia Darlene. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Thomas-Fugate; and his grandchildren, Stephen Knapp, Christina Stewart, Morgan Fugate, Natalie Thomas and Ashley Gocher.
