She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Watkins and Genevieve June Watkins; and her son Billy Jack Jones. She is survived by: her children, Brad Jones (Jan), Sabrina Alderman, Van Jones (Melissa) and B. L. Grimmett; and her siblings, Richard Watkins (Rosemary) and Michelle Reed (Jerry). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
