She was predeceased by: her parents, Armando Gomez (Guadalupe Tenorio) and Coahuila; and her daughter Sarah Idalia Zapata. She is survived by: her husband Jose Zapata; her children, Hector Zapata (Maria Del Rayo), Brenda Guerrero (Fredrico) and Jose Zapata (Betsy McGinty); her grandchildren, Sarah Idalia Guerrero, Katherine Zapata, Angel Guerrero and Diego Zapata; and her siblings, Idalia Ortis (Juan), Guadalupe Megia (Francisco), Marianela Kanagusico (Hector), Juan Pablo Gomez (Sylvia), Ruben Gomez (Juanita), Leticia Davila (Rigoberto), Ofelia Rodriguez (Cruz), Magdalena Elgezabal (Romero), Juanita Quiroz (Fidel) and Julia Perales (Jose Louis). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
