He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricio Solis and Pauline Sepulvido Solis; his significant other Sylvia Ann Charles Solis; his siblings, Patricio Solis Jr., Jose Solis, Reynaldo Solis and Catherine Rivera; his nephew Ramiro Robledo; and his great grandchild Ava Clayton.
He is survived by: his close friend Estella Robledo; his children, Louis Solis Jr., Cristobal Solis (Maria) and Diane Stephens (Terry); his sister Maria Elena Solis; and also, Laura Perez (Juan), Rebecca Flores (Chris) and Juanita Hernandez (Paul). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
