He is survived by: his wife Men Thi Nguyen; his children, Quynh Mai Phung (Johnny Ma), Vanessa Phung and Joseph Hung Phung; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Ma, Addison Ma, Olivia Ma and Emily Phung; and his siblings, Hung Phung, Cuong Phung, Lam Phung and Loan Phung.
