He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Holden, Jr. and Elaine Moore Holden Gillis; and his siblings, Patricia Penton Baham, Howard Terrel Holden and Randy Earl Holden.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Sarah and TJ; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Holden (Darlene Glos), Tom Glos, Roy Penton, Sharon (Scott McElrath) and Carol (Jim Karnes). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and many great friends.
