He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Ray Smalley and Juanita Brackin; and his children, Donny Duane Smalley and Danielle Dawn Smalley. He is survived by: his children, Amy Smalley Nantz, Shelly Henson, Robbie Woods and Russ Cope; and his siblings, Gail Giles, Lisa Tackett, Liz Brackin, Kimberly Rivera and Lanny Smalley. He is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, eighteen nieces and nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
