She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Howell and Lottie Howell; her daughter Leona Joyce Webb; and her siblings, George, Troy, Bobby, Johnny, Carl and Grace.
She is survived by: her children, Franklin Webb (Debra) of Scroggins and Peggy Webb of Scroggins; her siblings, Jimmy Howell of Germany and Susie Lutzker of Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Brandon Webb, Arien Thornbrue (Joe), Jimmy Bradfield (Tracie), Renee Morgan (Robert), Rachel Reed, Benjamin Reed (Brittney) and Timothy Reed. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro (816 W Broadway St, Winnsboro, TX 75494). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Clearwater Cemetery.
