With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joy Blouin Chandler in Scotland, Texas, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on May 4, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jon W. Blouin and Faith McGarvey Blouin. She is survived by: her husband Dr. B. Glenn Chandler; her son William Chandler; her grandsons, Tom, Matt and Luke; her son Michael Chandler; her daughter-in-law Gina Villanueva Chandler; her grandchildren, Mia, Kyle and Blake; and her siblings, Hope Murphy, Jon Blouin, Jr., Gloria Esquivel and Constance Hawkins.
After Glenn's retirement they increased their international travels until COVID canceled such activities.
