He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy Smrkovsky and Louise Smrkovsky; and his brother Bobby Smrkovsky. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Smrkovsky; his son Lukas Smrkovsky (Bethany); his sister Mary Carlton (Raymond); and his grandchildren, Gage, Wyatt Smrkovsky and Abigail Smrkovsky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the St. Rose of Lima Catholic School or the Schulenburg Junior Livestock Show.
