It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Shimek (Schulenburg, Texas), who passed away on June 11, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Urban (Thomas) of Schulenburg and Kathy Henneke (Larry) of Schulenburg; and her sister Geraldine Lench (Frank) of Eagle, Idaho. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
The family requests donations be made to St. Rose Catholic Church or St. Rose Catholic School.
