She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Sparks; her brother Leroy Rybak; and her parents, Victor Rybak and Hermina Rybak. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Sparks and Donna (Skip Smith); her sisters, Betty (Dennis Kloesel) and Cyndi Rybak (Keith Martin); and her sister-in-law Joyce Rybak.
