We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2022, at the age of 85, Winston Wayne Hardaway Sr. of Schertz, Texas, born in Athens, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Beatrice Hardaway, Sr. and Gertrude Brett Rice Hardaway; his siblings, Dudley B. Hardaway, Jr., Mary Louise Hardaway and Evelyn Jean Hardaway Roberts; and his great-nephews, Robby Lewis Balch and Joey Daniel Balch.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his grandchildren, Dustin Hardaway, Corey Hardaway, Chelsea Miller and Catherine "Caitie" Gill; his great grandchildren, William, Devin and Ella; his granddaughter-in-law Ashley; and his brother Charlie (Peggy Hardaway) of Columbia, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
