He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Clouse and Dorothy Tillberg (Clark); and his sister Jean Marie Smith (Clouse). He is survived by: his wife Donna Clouse (Nicosia); his daughter Sophia Clouse; his siblings, Mildred Jessup (Jerry), Grace Owen, Monica Agee, Victor Clouse (Susan) and Diana Martin (Frank); his great-aunt Juanita Clark; and his uncles, Edward Clark and Tony Clark (Jeannie). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
