He was predeceased by: his parents, Trinidad and Jacob Garcia; and his daughter Valerie. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Kenneth (Charlotte Barrett) of Schertz and Kristy (Clay Jones) of El Mirage, Arizona; and his siblings, Rafael Garcia of Corpus Christi, Rueben Garcia (Norma) of Corpus Christi and Trinidad Garcia of Houston, Texas.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
