He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Betty Williams (Carl); his daughters, Toni, Tonika and Mable; his stepson Tony Williams; his wife Mable Williams; his siblings, Anthony Williams (Misty), Armin Williams and Marie Brigandi (Peter); his father Jesse Phillips; and his grandmothers, Mary Agnes Evans and Willie Pearl Phillips. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
