“In loving memory of Stephen Joseph McNamara, I learned a lot from Steve. I think of two particular times when he showed his true character.. First, when the JEWC was just being established, the director and deputy left the organization but Steve stood strong as the lone leader at a critical time. Second was when he came to DC to replace me on the EMSO CFT. It was something many people didn’t want to do but he looked forward to the challenge. That was him, he did things that just had to be done.”
