He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Marion Smith. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Siarra Gutierrez, Matisyn Smith and Reid Smith; and his siblings, Don Smith (Tonda), Ron Smith (Dina), Rodney Smith (Kathy), Michael Smith (Darla) and Pam Potter (James). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
