She was predeceased by: her parents, Oftociano Manalo and Josefina Manalo; and her siblings, Bernie Manalo, Fred Manalo, Ador Manalo, Nenita Florendo and Gloria Orallo.

She is survived by: her husband John Anthony Okonski; her siblings, Simon Manalo, Boy Manalo, Fonsing Manalo, Angeling Florendo and Ana Agbulos; her children, Cesar (Mariebeth Manalo), Lawrence (Renee Manalo), Maylanie Foley and John Anthony Okonski II; and her grandchildren, Ellora Quintanilla, Gabrielle Manalo, Cecelia Foley, Sidney Manalo, Sophia Manalo and Scarlett Manalo. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital can be made in Perlita's name.
