He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Allen and Doris Mae Hickman Kelley; his son Billy Wayne Kelley; and his brother Michael Allen Kelley. He is survived by: his close friend Janelle Reitzer; his wife Janelle; his children, Lianne Biegay of Pearland, Dane Bower of Schertz and Casey Kelley of Schertz; his siblings, Timothy W. Kelley (Carolyn) of Converse, Terry Lynn Kelley (Linda) of Atkins, Clarence Lewis Kelley (Tarla) of Pleasanton, Lloyd Allen Kelley, Jr. (Pam) of Atkins and John T. Kelley (Denise) of Stockdale; his grandchildren, Christopher Biegay and Gwendylan Pusateri (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Haley Biegay, Dane Pusateri and Holly Pusateri. He is also survived by other relatives and very special friends.
