She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Friesenhahn and Leonie Friesenhahn (Reininger); her siblings, Helen Anne and William Friesenhahn; her son-in-law Mike Love; her nephew Neil Friesenhahn; her granddaughter Jaqueline Niemietz; and also Rene De Winne Sr..
She is survived by: her brothers, Gerald Friesenhahn (Candy) and Andrew Friesenhahn (Joyce); and her children, Diane Love, Mark Purcell and Catherine Carruthers (Michael). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, and nephews.
