He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jorge and Celedonia; his wife Ana Luisa; his children, Lona Pagan (Joe) of Spring Branch, TX, Maria Irizarry of Cedar Creek, TX, John Vega (Kelly) of San Antonio, TX and Juan Vega Cruz of Bayamon, PR.; and his grandsons, Richard (Lisa), John (Tiffanie), Jason (Tori), Steven (Jessica), Michael, Malachi (Nathan) and Juan.
With Covid hitting every country, Puerto Rico wasn't spared, and leaving your home was a challenge, as many groceries stores, and businesses were closed.
