He was predeceased by: his parents, John Najarian and Jane Najarian; his former wife Jean S. Gosbee; and his son J. W. Najarian Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mason Najarian; his stepchildren, Joseph Mason Jr., Sarah Sherrill and Christina Rogers; his former wife Delilah Najarian Mierring; his children, Karen Tilges (Kalinda), Paul Najarian, Leigh Najarian, Michael Najarian and Kay Najarian; and his sisters, Rosalie Leaberry and Christine Spencer. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
