She is survived by: her children, Porfirio E Vijil Jr. (Laura), Ricardo A Vijil (Diana) and Karen V Martinez (Reuben); her grandchildren, Porfirio III, Joshua, Ricardo, Esteban (Anysa), Isabel, Marissa, Lauren (Gabriel Zurita) and Lindsey (Cray Lester); her great grandchildren, Peyton Vijil and Nehemiah Ember Zurita; and her brothers, Sixto F. Aguilar (Crispina), Manuel F. Aguilar (Annette) and Ernesto F. Aguilar. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
