She is survived by: her children, Porfirio E Vijil Jr. (Laura), Ricardo A Vijil (Diana) and Karen V Martinez (Reuben); her grandchildren, Porfirio III, Joshua, Ricardo, Esteban (Anysa), Isabel, Marissa, Lauren (Gabriel Zurita) and Lindsey (Cray Lester); her great grandchildren, Peyton Vijil and Nehemiah Ember Zurita; and her brothers, Sixto F. Aguilar (Crispina), Manuel F. Aguilar (Annette) and Ernesto F. Aguilar. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (1065 E Live Oak Rd, Schertz, TX 78154). A rosary was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (17501 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78266).
