She is survived by: her siblings, Victor Arce-Gonzalez, Hector Arce-Gonzalez, Gilberto Arce-Gonzalez, Iris Arce-Gonzalez, Gloria Arce-Gonzalez and Cruz; her husband Harland Heather; her siblings, Angel Luis Arce-Gonzalez, Carmen Arce-Gonzalez, Miranda and Francisca Arce-Gonzalez; and her children, Jesse Heather (Kim), Diane Carolan (Mark), Timothy Heather (Teri) and Patrick Heather. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
