She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bush and Hannah Bush; her husband Leon "Jim" Phelps; and her son-in-law Ronald Ridge. She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Ridge; her grandchildren, Ronald Jr. (Candice), Lori (Jeff), Ryan (Taylor Beth), Lindsay (Jaclyn), Randall (Laura), Russell (Carter) and Jay; and her great grandchildren, Christopher, Dawn, Riley, Callen, Landrie, Quinn, Anna, Avery, Kai, Kallie, Weston, Levi, Hadley, Logue and Tessa.
