She is survived by: her husband Alferdo Guzman-Diaz; her children, Ruben Guzman (Ryan Guzman), Ariel Guzman and Ivette Cintron (Benjamin Cintron Jr.); her grandchildren, Stephanie Hernandez (David Israel Hernandez), Alfred Yadiel Guzman, Jasmine Crystal Cintron, Bryan Ariel Guzman, Damian Ariel Guzman, Zara Neena Guzman and Aiden Ishan Guzman; and her great grandchild Emmanuel David Hernandez.
