He was predeceased by: his father Carl. He is survived by: his wife Stacey; his sons, Jake and Alex; his mother Pamela; and his siblings, Jim (Kelly), Tom (Karen) and Gina (Frank). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
