She was predeceased by: her father Tommy Slack; her stepfather Col Sherman E. Davis; her sister Kristen Ann Slack; and her brother-in-law Tim Dubois. She is survived by: her husband Jeff; her mother Lindsay Davis; her sister Susan Dolgener (Kevin); her stepbrother Sherman Davis, Jr. (Tracy); her parents-in-law, Bobby and Linda Murray of Arlington; her sister-in-law Julie Dubois; her nieces and nephews, Brandie Davis-Hubbs, Brooklyn Grobe, Gabby Dubois, Sara Vise, Christian Gonzales, J. T. Dolgener, Brandon Miller and Adam Vise; her caregiver Anderson; and her friend Molly Cundari.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any breast cancer charity, Texas Oncology, or to MD Anderson Hospital in her name.
