It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vella Puckett of Savoy, Texas, born in Globe, Arizona, who passed away on October 26, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brock and Lottie Tryon Brock; and her husband Roger Puckett. She is survived by: her daughters, Lavonna Clinton (Billy) of Savoy, Sharon Davis (Durward) of Abbeville and Rogena McClain (John) of Eufala, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Sheri Folkes (Eric), Tammie Dickison (Mike), Billy F. Clinton (Elisa), Ann Robinson (Derek), Gena Hesselrode (Adam), Carla Murray (Nathan), Carrie Lindsay (Drew), Adam McClain (Janice) and Amanda McClain; her great grandchildren, Zach Folkes (Blaire), Meagen Folkes, Daniel Dickison (Rhianne), David Dickison (Emily), Mark Dickison, Melanie Dickison, Kristen Dickison, Kemplin Dickison, William Clinton, Emmy Clinton, Samuel Clinton, Davis Hesselrode, Abby Hesselrode, Ethan Hesselrode, Henley Murray, Julia Murray, Landon Murray, Zachary Lindsay, Liam Lindsay, Declyn Lindsay, Charlotte McClain and Miles McClain; and her great great grandchild Madelynn Dickison.
