Max Edgar Arterberry Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max Edgar Arterberry (Savoy, Texas), born in Sherman, Texas, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Sue; his mother Grace; his grandson Scott Holland; his children, Cindy (Larry Holland) and Michael Arterberry (Katrina); his granddaughter Samantha (Josh Garrison); his great grandchildren, Colten, Kaden Kumler and Logan Garrison; his aunts and uncles, Sarah Terry, Myrtle Peacock, Duncan Peacock and Harry Peacock; his siblings, Bill, Laverne and Juanita; his father Max Arterberry; his son Dry Goods; his son-in-law Larry Holland; his son Scott; and also Mooches. He was also cherished by his children, grand-children, and great-grand-children.

Due to Covid-19, masks will be required at the graveside service. Social distancing is requested.

It was Max's request that in lieu of flowers a donation of any amount be made to Sunnyside Cemetery in Savoy, Texas.
