She was predeceased by: her father Jimmy Lee Reynolds, Sr.; her grandparents, Walter Preston, Mary O'Dale Madison, Buster and Mildred Reynolds; and her brother Jerry Don Reynolds.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Lewis of Savoy; her children, Terry Don Lewis (Samantha) of Fate, Dr. Matthew Lewis of Sherman, Jessica Dunlap (Taylor) of Sherman and Amber Lewis of McKinney; her grandchildren, Charlette Marie Lewis and Cora Renae Dunlap; and her siblings, Jimmy Lee Reynolds, Jr. of Savoy, Cathy Rhudy (Kenneth) of Ector and Jackie Reynolds (Sherry) of Savoy.
